CRM directors work closely with sales, operations, marketing and customer service executives to design and deliver superior products, services and support. They usually manage a portfolio of clients and programs by focusing on growth, satisfaction, and service support.
HR Talent Management
Human resource talent managers will most likely only work with certain high-level professionals, such as attorneys, scientists, IT experts, investment brokers and global sales staff. They determine the needs, direct the development, and evaluate the delivery of talent management programs, promotions, interventions and development programs. They are change management experts and human resources specialists who deal with targeted leadership, organizational development, change initiatives, division design, employee engagement, succession strategies and career planning. They must ensure that the company has skilled professionals and high-performing leaders who strongly contribute to overall operating quality and effectiveness.
